"Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again."

1 Thessalonians 5:23

Embodied Promises

Are you ready to walk in the fullness of what God has for you?

As a believer you have an inheritance to His promises. You have authority.

In this course you will learn how to heal from the effects of trauma and wounds of the soul.

You will learn how to cultivate safety in your body and life.

You will deepen your relationship with God. In a felt sense.

This course is for you if:

  • You know that The Word of God is truth, yet you still struggle with anxiety, doubt, or worry on a regular basis.

  • You know that something is off, & struggle to enjoy the present moment with your loved ones.

  • You feel overwhelmed and notice you live from a place of urgency or lack, and struggle to find true rest.

  • As a believer you know that Jesus heals, but have found it difficult to find true freedom & healing from past trauma in your own life.

  • You know that God says “He works all things for the good of those who love Him & are called according to His purpose", but you can't help but fear what's “coming around the next bend” or “when the next shoe is going to drop.”

  • You hate how irritable you can be with your loved ones but can't seem to make the changes you deeply long for.

  • You know you fully believe the promises of God, but are struggling to see evidence in areas of your own life.

  • A part of you believes that God's promises are for others, but for some reason don't really apply to you.

  • You struggle with being authentic, having a hard time letting others close, or feeling safe enough to share how you really feel.

  • You are afraid to face the pain because it seems too overwhelming or like there's just too much & you can't afford to “shut down” or spend too much time crying right now.

  • Your body feels like an enemy.

  • You struggle to really feel forgiveness.

  • You know that Jesus promises JOY but your life feels flat, dull, or completely void of His joy & you don't know what to do about that.

  • You know that Jesus promises peace, yet you can't seem to experience it on a regular basis.

  • You find yourself feeling like you have to perform for God's love. For example, if you miss reading The Word for a day you notice that you feel a significant amount of guilt.

  • Your faith seems to be "all in your head" and it's hard to feel God's love for you.

  • There are patterns in your life that you really want to change, but no matter how hard you try, you still seem stuck.

10 week course

In depth self study to learn and practice somatic techniques and inner healing/sanctification principles to foster healing and breakthrough in your life.

You will feel safer by the end of this course. You will experience freedom and breakthrough from the bondage of trauma and it's negative effects on your life. You WILL grow closer to The Lord.

6 private 1:1 calls

Meet with Nicole in private 1:1 sessions to go deeper into your own story.

This will ensure that you are having the breakthrough you long for.

You will be able to address your trauma in a very intimate and safe container with your coach. These calls are covered in prayer and are Holy Spirit led so you can get the healing breakthrough you need.

Weekly Group Call & Cultivating Sabbath

Once a week for the duration of 10 weeks we will have a group call that will be led by The Holy Spirit. You will have the opportunity to bring your questions, prayer requests and personal story to share in a safe space. Participation is completely optional.

Cultivating Sabbath will also take place each week and the edited recording will be available for you to participate whenever is convenient for you if you are unable to make it LIVE.

“For so long I thought my faith was the problem. I thought that if only I read the bible more, memorized the right verses, or prayed more often, then I would have stronger faith & not feel so much anxiety. But no matter how much I tried, the anxiety was always still there, and I was afraid to admit that to others, especially with other believers”

Your emotional & mental wellness are important to Jesus. If you struggle with things like anxiety or fear, it does not mean that you don't ‘have enough faith’. There is a root to that fear and we can address it together with The Lord so that you can be free.

It's ok to feel afraid when you have experienced loss or suffering. It's also ok to want to know what it is like to embody your faith so completely that when challenges arise or life gets hard, you are living from a place of unshakeable faith & are not tossed to and fro by overwhelming emotions.

You will walk in peace because you have embodied faith.

Meet your coach - Nicole Hope

Nicole is a certified Christian Life Coach, prayer minister and somatic practitioner who specializes in helping believers experience the breakthroughs they long for.

Her work revolves around biblical principles and she helps her clients get set free from the bondage of trauma.

She is trained in assisting through the sanctification process and also addresses the significance of the body's role in the healing process.

Her work is founded on the belief that only Jesus Christ heals.

This course is closed for enrollment.

Salvation is more complex than just getting saved.

There is both eternal salvation (being saved) and salvation for this life (being healed & free) i.e. walking in the life transformation that God promises.

God promises peace, joy, rest, & more regardless of circumstances and despite the trials and tribulations we face in life.

Are you walking in these promises? Or are you still struggling with repeated relationship problems, having difficulty truly resting/enjoying life, or experiencing emotional overwhelm more often than you would like?

Back to salvation. What does it really mean?

Soteria:

Definition: Deliverance, salvation

Usage: welfare, prosperity, deliverance, preservation, salvation, safety.

Cognate: from sozo, "to save, rescue" i.e. God's rescue which delivers believers out of destruction and into His safety.

Sozo: God rescuing believers from the penalty and power of sin - and into His provisions (safety)

Yesha or yeshuah:

Definition: deliverance, rescue, salvation, safety, welfare, liberty, victory, help

Cognate: from yasha, "to deliver" i.e. safety, salvation, saving. Physical safety. Yahweh is my light and my salvation.

Another way that salvation is defined is the deliverance from the molestation of enemies.

Have a look at this verse:

Philippians 2:12 "work out your own salvation with fear and trembling."

This verse is not about earning our eternal salvation. It is about the sanctification process. It's about salvation THIS side of heaven.

If you look at the statistics of how many professing Christians struggle with addiction, have a history of estrangement, and/or are unable to process emotions in healthy ways, it is clear that some believers are not walking in His promises.

John Sandford once said that inner healing is evangelism to the unbelieving parts of believers' hearts.

We want conversion for the unconverted or unrepentant parts of our hearts so that we can be free of the effects of trauma and unhealthy ways of relating.

We all know that even as Christians we struggle with relationship problems, emotional overwhelm, mental health issues and more.

Jesus says that by His striped we are healed.

We are called to walk with Him in our healing process.

To come into agreement with His promises.

Many of the problems you face are actually rooted in unresolved trauma.

Rooted in the ways you responded to dysfunctional family dynamics in sinful ways. This keeps you vulnerable to repeating dysfunctional patterns of relating in your chosen family & relationships.

You can't live in peace and denial at the same time.

This course is designed to get to the root of the struggles that keep you from walking in the full inheritance of what Jesus died for.

"See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God; that no 'root of bitterness' springs up and causes trouble, and by it many become defiled." - Hebrews 12:15

Testimonial from a sister in Christ

I am so glad I took Nicole's course! One thing I really loved about the course was that I didn't have to worry about New Age practices being interwoven with the course experience. I love that Nicole uses scripture and faith as a foundation while nervous system regulation is seen as a useful tool. Another thing I love about the content was that it did not feel overwhelming. The way Nicole conducts the class is very relaxing and conversational, so it doesn't really feel like you are being bombarded with information, but then you realize you are learning quite a lot and it is having a direct impact on your life. I was able to put the nervous system regulation practices to use immediately and I noticed a pretty quick shift in my ability to soak in all the goodness of motherhood even in the midst of some pretty significant stressors that arose unexpectedly. I believe The Lord had me take this course this summer, knowing what I would be going through, and in spite of it all I still noticed lower anxiety, more embodied joy and gratitude, better mood, decrease in physical symptoms that I have due to chronic illness, and an overall sense of personal growth, knowing that I have more tools to regulate my nervous system when stressors come up throughout the day. He is so faithful and good! I am immensely grateful to have taken this course!

Inner healing is part of an ongoing process of sanctification and transformation.

In this course we are going to cover the natural laws that govern our lives. These laws apply to both believers and non believers alike.

"He sends rain on the just and the unjust alike." Matthew 5:45

As believers, we are expected to get into The Word to understand God's laws so that we experience the life God wants for us. The life that Jesus paid for. This is NOT prosperity gospel, but about embodying the promises He died for.

"My people are being destroyed because they do not know me." Hosea 4:6

The natural laws that we will study, and pray through in this course include:

The Law of Honoring Father and Mother

The Law of Sowing and Reaping

The Law That Judgments Will Come Back Upon Us

The Law of Increase

In this course we will also cover how bitter roots form in childhood because of trauma and how they create bitter fruit in adulthood, leaving us in bondage for years, sometimes decades, later.

Bitter fruit looks like:

Relationship problems that keep recurring despite efforts to change

Financial problems

Emotional problems (overreacting or numbness to situations)

Mental Health Problems (chronic anxiety, fear, catastrophyzing)

Repeated patterns of harm (situations where you feel like your voice doesn't matter, constant experience of being forgotten or left out, often feeling rushed or behind in life, etc)

and more

It's time to get freedom from the bondage of trauma.

In this course you will learn exactly how to do that.

Katie's Testimonial

This course has been life changing for her. Please take a moment to have a listen.

Another Testimonial

First, I just want to say what an absolute blessing Nicole's course has been. Her work is so anointed and blessed! The Father has such a way of speaking His tender love and mercy through her as His obedient vessel. I can't imagine the souls saved and hearts healed because she has persevered enough to do the hard work within her own healing journey so she can then simply overflow what The Lord has taught and done in her own life. It is so genuine when she speaks and clear how deeply she loves Jesus and His covenant. I am far from "healed" as we often like to think of healing, but I know I am being healed. I am being renewed and restored every day and every time I choose to overcome my doubt, guilt and fear by doing the healing work that is required to restore and maintain intimacy with Yeshua. Through her Cultivating Sabbath classes, The Holy Spirit is present throughout and as I allow myself to become fully present, I can't help but be blessed. The name is so aptly chosen, as I truly believe nothing embodies Sabbath more than deep, enduring soul rest in Him. The way my body relaxes and the heart rate slows down (during class) probably for the first moment all day is something I want to learn to carry with me, as it is what God has intended for us always, regardless of circumstance!! I'm so thankful for the gift that this resource is to The Body of Christ. How needed this healing work is. I am so excited and thankful to have experienced a taste of what God has wanted for me all along.
